Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping 

All items are carefully packed and shipped from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. Once your package ships, you will receive an email to let you know.

For shipments to the US: brokerage, duty and local taxes may apply. All of these expenses are customers' responsibility. 

 

We do not offer international shipping beyond the USA at this time.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
